Ela HEYDENREICH

   Another name for Ela was Elka.

  Noted events in her life were:

• Employment: Teacher. Opened a class in Goldingen for poor Jewish girls, to teach them the three R's, as education was then very expensive and the poor could not afford it for their daughters.

Ela married Philip BORKUM before 1892. (Philip BORKUM was born about 1865 in Riga, Kurland and died in 1906 in Britstown, South Africa.)

Ela next married Abraham GLATT.
